There has been an outbreak on Mars. Dr. Carmack was working on creating a synthetic 24th chromosome pair to make super soldiers, but instead it created monsters. John Grimm told his sister to lock the door to the science lab and make an antidote while he went into the hallways of the research facility and even the Martian surface to stop the outbreak from reaching Earth.
