Tonight after work I'm gonna try and get some more work done on Krucible'sfinal boss sprites. Aside from the final boss, there's really not much needing work, just testing to see if everything plays out smoothly. Really hoping to get this done soon (possible release by the 1st). The nuclear nightmares coming! Hehehehe...

My other update is a digital painting that I'm shooting to get down. That also doesn't have much left to do, could be done these next couple of days as it mostly just needs some shading and touchups. Here is a link to my drawn and simple B&W version if you wanna check that out.

As you guys may or may not know (mentioned this on Facebook, DeviantArt, Tumblr, and YouTube) I have a Patreon account. It started as a "If you support me and my work (reviews, mods, art, anyway) than feel free to contribute... I have one backer and she's an awesome artist that goes by MadeleineInk.

However, lately I've noticed less and less views on my YouTube page. I had some ideas and heard some feedback, and now I've some new ideas for pledges and such...

Wow... Been a while since my last update... So here we go!

Tara Carmichael is looking amazing! Thanks to ThunderEnema for coding a 2nd ammo, I added a Shotgun and the M4s use their own ammo from here on (I was able to take a peak at the code, see the changes he made to the M4s, and used that to add the new Shotgun).

Furthermore, I was able to remember how to get 64 (Presently I got 9 unused slots) wall textures in the game... Though I might need more in which case I'll have to hit up ThunderEnema for more help.

Coding wise I was able to make the strippers say "Woohoo!" and do a little animation. They are also now killable which takes away points from the player.

As far as levels, I'm working on levels 12 (Hospital), 13 (Hospital/Bars/Street), 18 (Subway), and 19 (Subway).

And you may wonder what new changes I might add to the game... Wellllllllll...

*Exploding barrels which can contain weapons, ammo, or nothing. :D
*Still need to create uzi chick sprites for an enemy type.
*Gonna create another stripper... Or two. :P
*Vending machines and hot dog stands will require 500 points to get some food and drink.
*And of course I still have to design a good 15-17 levels... Yay. :(

So I'm probably gonna be releasing a new demo before too long that plays from level 1 to level 11 and feature the 1st secret level, but before I do so I'm thinking of implementing some new features like...


*Exploding cars (Gonna make them flip like in Syphon Filter)

*Killable strippers (Collateral damage takes away points)

*Stroyline that gets displayed between levels


I'm also adding female biker enemies but because I'm lazy with not wanting to make 40+ new sprite graphics, I'm just gonna use the chick I made back when I released the DOS demo years ago.


I am also considering making a new YouTube trailer but uncertain wether or not I want to make it vast public knowledge I'm still making games... Let's face it, my little website doesn't get THAT many visitors lol.

Mad Wolf here. Just dropping in to say I haven't forgotten to make a tutorials section for how to make your own games. Before I get to doing that though, I'm gonna finish updating the Games section so all the work I've ever released is available to you guys here for download in one spot.

The tutorials will get into the basics of making Wolfenstein 3D mods and using RPG Maker 2000 and RPG Maker XP... I'll probably add a tutorial to make your own text adventure games with QuickBasic as well. And not to fear, the utilities I'll mention to make these games I'll be sure to provide links to for easy access.

So nope, I haven't forgotten all that stuff. :D lol

A while back, I had decided NOT to make anymore Wolfenstein 3D games. Mostly it was due to a lack of interest shown by in the games I work weeks if not months into making. I mean, here I am by myself designing games that take Wolfenstein 3D to a whole new level and away from the classic "We're in World War II killing nazis" feel and yet, the same thing that was in the original is what most people seem to be trying to remake and relive... C'mon guys!!! If you're modding a game, do something different than what I've seen already in the past 20 years!!! Otherwise, it's just another World War II shooter game that doesn't bring much creativity to the table.

So after getting hazed for my thoughts at the Die Hard Wolfers forums (where I was proven time after time by a single bitch who hasn't made shit for years), I have came to the conclusion my "entertainment" isn't entertaining the people there. In other words, all the hard work I did was completely pointless. I didn't even inspire people to TRY to make something new instead of the same old WWII theme. I still work on games occasionally but I don't have the dedication to just keep working until it's done. It's for this same reason I haven't been making RPGs or text-based games for a long time now. Currently, I'm working on Tara Carmichael, a New York gangster themed Wolfenstein mod but without that dedication or motivation, progress has been slow. After all, the game is just for me and maybe a few friends so no rush required.

No... I'm much more content writing my book, The Tale Of Wolff, playing PS3 games like Skyrim and Saints Row: The Third. I actually feel a lot more relieved and have less stress than when I was making games. Yeah, I feel more awesome now. :)
